A roof certification is a statement professionally crafted by licensed roof inspectors after evaluating an old roof. Actually, roof certification is what most insurance companies ask for when they request a roof inspection.
4-point Inspection is often required when obtaining a new homeowners insurance policy or renewing an existing policy. 4 Point Inspections covers the four main components of a residential property including the roof, plumbing, electrical, & HVAC systems.
A wind mitigation inspection shows how wind resistant your home is. It can save you big money on your home insurance.
A sewer scope inspection is an inspection of your sewer line using a flexible borescope camera. During the sewer scope inspection, the inspector will look for cracks, damage to the sewer lines, roots that may have grown through the pipe, and any other potential concerns. We highly recommend this inspection for any property built before 1975 or with cast iron drains pipes.
The mold assessor tests the air or surface to find out what kind of mold exists and/or if the mold found is able to grow in the area tested Exposure to a large number of mold spores may cause allergic symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, itching, coughing, wheezing, difficulty breathing, headache, and fatigue.
Infrared Cameras can reveal a lot of hidden issues in a home – including moisture, heat & energy, ventilation problems, missing insulation, and more!
Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We’ll come out during the 11th month and perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. Following your inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, that includes information on any material defects observed on the date of the inspection. Armed with this information, you can take any necessary steps to hold your builder and his subcontractors to their warranties while they’re still in force.
Conventional Loan Foundation Certification Certification is issued by an Engineer stating whether or not a Manufactured Home meets HUD Regulations. (This can be issued for an existing Manufactured Home or Newly Installed Manufactured Home).

Everyone involved, especially the buyers and sellers need to understand and know the condition of the property. Throughout our experiences, we have found it is imperative to communicate and work directly with the client to ensure they understand what is actually inspected and what is not.
